Dr Bhatt deals with a wide range of gynaecological conditions of varying complexity. These include but are not limited to:

She is experienced in numerous minor and major, invasive and non-invasive surgical and gynaecological procedures including:

  • Laparoscopy or key-hole surgery
  • Laparotomy or open surgery
  • Hysterectomy
  • Tubal ligation
  • Investigative surgery for infertility
  • Endometriosis treatment
  • Ovarian cyst removal
  • Fibroid and polyp resection
  • Endometial ablation as treatment for heavy peiods
  • Hysteroscopy and curette
  • Pap smear and colposcopy
  • Insertion of intra-uterine devices (Mirena and Copper T)
  • Prolapse pessary fittings
Certain gynaecological conditions may require an urgent appointment. Due to this, we triage all GP referrals as soon as we receive them and if indicated, we will arrange a priority appointment for you.
